Black Heart Bart has undoubtedly found career-best form since transferring to the care of Darren Weir, and remains outright $3.80 favourite in 2016 The Goodwood betting markets with leading online bookie Ladbrokes.com.au.

A former Perth galloper, Black Heart Bart has posted an impressive eleven wins and ten minors through twenty-nine career starts and capped his west coast tenure with a commendable performance for second in the Group 2 CB Cox Stakes (2100m) on December 19th.

Given little chance of success in the Group 1 Newmarket Handicap (1200m) first-up this time, the Blackfriars gelding mustered a big turn of foot to finish a close second to The Quarterback.

Having since won the Group 3 Victoria Handicap (1400m) and finished second in the Group 1 All Aged Stakes (1400m), Black Heart Bart is drawn ideally in barrier 2 and will be partnered by in-form hoop Brad Rawiller.

Supido is yet to herald much interest in 2016 The Goodwood betting markets, but remains sole occupant of the second line at a generous quote of $6 for success.

Supido has only made eight competitive appearances at the races through his short career so far, but has claimed an impressive six wins and one second place finish.

Resuming in January for success in the Michael Stewart BM78 (1100m) on January 30th, the Sebring entire repeated the dose in the PKF Tour Of Victoria Sprint (1200m) before returning to the paddock.

Posting a comfortable two length win in the Phillip Schuler BM84 (1200m) on April 25th, Supido beat the likes of Admiral to the line in the ATA Women Trainers Handicap (1000m) on May 7th and should prove very hard to beat on Saturday with only 54.5kgs in tow.

Interestingly figuring as the only other runner currently available at 2016 The Goodwood odds of less-than $10, Under The Louvre has so-far received the greatest share of bets for success; cutting in from a quote of $8.50 to currently register as clear $7.50 market mover and third-favourite.

Undoubtedly returning to racing in 2015 in career-best form to date, Under The Louvre charged home to finish second in the Group 1 Oakleigh Plate (1100m) first-up before jogging home to win the Listed Hareeba Stakes (1200m).

Progressing to second in the Listed Anniversary Vase (1400m), the Excellent Art entire finished his season third in The Goodwood.

While unable to return to winning form through spring, despite posting a number of impressive results, Under The Louvre finished third in the Listed Bel Esprit Stakes (1100m) first-up and should carry plenty of benefit into The Goodwood.

The Quarterback represents terrific value at $11 The Goodwood odds, while Admiral is also worth consideration at his $11 quote.
